New patch addressing comments from Travis. Will open a new jira to address
following comments-
- Using HCAT_HOME instead of WEBHCAT_PREFIX env variable
- Removing version number from WEBHCAT_JAR in webhcat_config.sh
- renaming config parameters from templeton* to webhcat*
