Fixing dependency issue that was causing test failure.
Using jersey 1.9.1, as that is the version I have tested with. It does not have
jersey-servlet artifact. Adding dependency on 3 artifacts -
jersey-core
jersey-json
jersey-server
Changing jackson artifact versions to 1.8.3.
Also updated patch on reviewboard .
