We will "reboot" our AFS servers today (measured in USA Pacific time), leading to down time of (hopefully) not much more than a minute. I'm only talking about the software processes, not the physical machines, so this shouldn't be a big deal. Anything that doesn't depend on AFS should keep working without interruption.
