What exactly are you looking for in addition? Well, there's no easy way to see the time it took for action. (Since you only see one timestamp, and if I'm correct - it's the timestamp of ticket creation, not last action. But anyway, even if it gets updated on every action taken upon the ticket, it still requires manual calculation).
