I've updated

to consolidate to-do list items in one place and add some that were missing.
As I see it, the biggest items blocking migration now are getting Apache
dynamic content execution and Exim filter execution set up to work
correctly with AFS, or deciding for sure that one or both will be run
without automatic AFS integration.
I encourage _anyone_ reading this message to add new items to the wiki
to-do list as appropriate.
I would really like to have a concrete schedule in mind by the end of
this weekend for doing what remains before we're ready to migrate members.
docelic, as you volunteered to coordinate admin work, I would love to
see you taking over actively as the hard-assed drill sergeant, making
sure that people do what seems to have been assigned to them, instead of
just offering to help when asked. :)
