How much does the non-Peer1 hosting cost? Whatever it is, wouldn't it dramatically improve the financial situation in a hurry if all of the existing hardware was moved to the Peer1 datacenter? Sure, there'd be pain associated with IP address changes, but you're going to have to go through that anyway. May as well do it before it becomes necessary to declare a financial emergency.
