OK, especially since I'll be out of touch for the next week even though we should be moving full-speed ahead now, I'll go along with whatever the admins agree on for how to proceed. (Though judgment should be used for determining what deserves a board vote. The last example of something Davor proposed in this way, giving someone new admin powers, is a good one.)
