Hi HCP, I want to verify the meaning of some of the contrast labels for two tasks:
tfMRi Motor Task Paradigm <http://www.cognitiveatlas.org/term/id/trm_550b53d7dd674> Specifically, there are contrast images with labels like "LH" and "RH," which intuitively one would infer to be "left hand" and "right hand." However, the when reading the task description, the conditions are in fact: - Left finger blocks - Right finger blocks - Left toe blocks - Right toe blocks - tongue movement Given the labels "LH," "RH," "LF," "RF," and "T" and no clear mapping to "toe" or "finger" I have made the following assumptions: The "H" in LH/RH refers to hand -> left/right fingers The "F" in LF/RF refers to foot --> left/right toes The "T" refers to tongue Is this correct? tfMRI Working Memory Task <http://www.cognitiveatlas.org/term/id/trm_550b50095d4a3> For the working memory task, I am not sure if something like "0BK FACE" refers to 0-back (the single condition) for Face or 0-back All (Face, Tool, etc) minus 0-back Face. The first would be different than most of the naming conventions with two conditions (eg, 0BK 2BK and 2BK 0BK would mean subtraction of one condition from the other). The second would be closer to standard naming conventions I've seen, but I'm not sure the contrast itself makes sense. Thanks for your help!
