Hi,
I am trying to create some scripts to do tractography on the HCP data (and then
apply them to my own data which has been processed via the Minimal HCP
Pipelines).
I have been looking at the in-progress scripts in the separate
DiffusionTractography branch on GitHub for help, and in the RunMatrix1.sh
script there is the following section:

Further up are pointers to an fsldev distribution from where both
fdt_matrix_merge and probtrackx2 are called. The fdt_matrix_merge command isn’t
included in FSL 5.0.8.
Will it be released soon? I guess probtrackx also needs to be the development
version? Or maybe there are alternatives using wb_command?
If it helps, I am trying to generate Matrix3 (surface vertex to surface vertex,
using streamlines seeded from all WM voxels).
