To use the HCP Pipelines you need T1w and T2w images (SPACE ideally). You can find the HCP Pipelines code here:
https://github.com/Washington-University/Pipelines And here is the related paper: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1053811913005053 Peace, Matt. Res. 0.69999998807907, 0.69999998807907, 0.69999998807907 FOV 320 x 320 TR 2400.0 TE 3.34 TI 1000.0 Flip 8 I had used the Freesurfer version 5.1.0 recon-all pipeline with expert options (mri_normalize -b 20 -n 5). The reconstruction looks pixelated as shown in the attachment. Is there any additional processing steps that has to be included for the HCP protocol? Thanks, Jaiashre. _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org<mailto:HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org> http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users ________________________________ The materials in this message are private and may contain Protected Healthcare Information or other information of a sensitive nature.
