I am having trouble unzipping the dense connectome zip file from the lastest S900 PTN release: https://db.humanconnectome.org/app/action/ChooseDownloadResources?project=HCP_Resources&resource=GroupAvg&filePath= HCP_S900_820_rfMRI_MSMAll_groupPCA_d4500ROW_zcorr.zip
If I double click the file (on my Mac), I get an "Unable to archive" error, if I try to unzip on the command line I get the following error: Archive: HCP_S900_820_rfMRI_MSMSulc_groupPCA_d4500ROW_zcorr.zip warning [HCP_S900_820_rfMRI_MSMSulc_groupPCA_d4500ROW_zcorr.zip]: 29035277463 extra bytes at beginning or within zipfile (attempting to process anyway) error [HCP_S900_820_rfMRI_MSMSulc_groupPCA_d4500ROW_zcorr.zip]: start of central directory not found; zipfile corrupt. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm able to access the files remotely in the workbench following the S900 tutorial but I'd like to get at the contents of the dense connectome directly.
