It looks you you may have an incomplete download.  Please do the following
in the terminal:

ls -l HCP_S900_820_rfMRI_MSMAll_groupPCA_d4500ROW_zcorr.zip

md5sum HCP_S900_820_rfMRI_MSMAll_groupPCA_d4500ROW_zcorr.zip

unzip -v | head

Here is what I get:

$ ls -l HCP_S900_820_rfMRI_MSMAll_groupPCA_d4500ROW_zcorr.zip
