According to instructions we are using HCP custom version of FreeSurfer (5.3.0-HCP). Pipeline crashed when running mris_make_surfaces with error mris_make_surfaces: error while loading shared libraries: libnetcdf.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I found the previous thread on this issue https://www.mail-archive.com/hcp-users@humanconnectome.org/msg00782.html I have 2 questions: * Where can we find the right rpm for installing libnetcdf.so.6 on Centos 7 ? * If we don’t use the HCP custom version of FreeSurfer (5.3.0-HCP), but the normal one that does not require libnetcdf.so.6, what would be the effect on the resulted cortical representation? Thank you very much Best Giorgos _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org<mailto:HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org> http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users ________________________________ The materials in this message are private and may contain Protected Healthcare Information or other information of a sensitive nature.
