Hi John,

I updated it to version 1.3.2 and it now works. Thank you.

Just for your reference in case someone else faces the same issue:

- Yes wb_view was launching, and it loaded some scenes but crashed
with loading others (somehow it crashed when loading the aparc.nii files)

- I was using version 1.3.0

- File was created using the structuralQC

Will wb_view start without loading a scene file?

Which version of wb_view are you using (File Menu —> About wb_view)?

How was the scene file created? In wb_view or by a script?

If you upload your scene file at http://brainvis.wustl.edu/cgi-bin/upload.cgi,
I can try to determine the cause of the problem.

Hi,

We ran the structural QC
(https://github.com/Washington-University/StructuralQC) on our data but when
loading a scene we get the following error:

/Software/workbench-rh_linux64-v1.3.0/workbench/bin_rh_linux64/wb_view: line
17: 171498 Segmentation fault "$directory"/../exe_rh_linux64/wb_view "$@"

Any idea why we might be getting this error?

Thanks

Moataz
