Dear all, Currently, I am struggling with diffusion MRI download.
Since I need to process almost all subjects (1200 subjects) for my research, I can download only about 400 dMRI data through AWS. If dMRI data are available on AWS, they are under the directory, "HCP/subject_id/T1w/Diffusion" - (subejct_id: 211215 etc..) So, I can download it by shell and R. However, if dMRI data is not on AWS, I need to download it by Aspera and click all 800 subjects. (subject_id, 257946, 962058 etc..) It is almost impossible to download it manually. So, I am wondering anyone knows the way to download these 800 dMRI data automatically.
