Looks like you can use wb_command -cifti-find-clusters with those 4 files.
Metric refers to a gifti file.

Subject: [HCP-Users] Cluster threshold by wb_command -metric-find-clusters

Hi developers,

I am trying to do cluster threshold by using command wb_command
-metric-find-clusters.

Thee manual is as follows:

   wb_command -metric-find-clusters

<surface> - the surface to compute on

      <metric-in> - the input metric

<value-threshold> - threshold for data values

<minimum-area> - threshold for cluster area, in mm^2

      <metric-out> - output - the output metric

I have metric file with cifti format (.dscalar.nii). I wonder what should be
the surface file. I am working on the fsaverage5 space and have .surf.gii and
.shape.gii files.

fsaverage5.L.midthickness_va_avg.10k_fsavg_L.shape.gii

fsaverage5.R.midthickness_va_avg.10k_fsavg_R.shape.gii

fsaverage5_std_sphere.L.10k_fsavg_L.surf.gii

fsaverage5_std_sphere.R.10k_fsavg_R.surf.gii

Can I use these four files as surface input of this command? And I only have
the surface to each hemisphere. Do I need to transform them into cfiti file?
Could you remind which command can be used to convert the surface file into
cifti.

Thank you so much for the help always. Workbench is really an awesome software,
which helps me a lot on my project.

Best wishes
-
Zaixu
