Yes, switch did occur. Please see https://git.hdfgroup.org/projects. It looks like we failed to announce it.
OK, thanks. I was looking on bitbucket.org, which explains why I didn't find it. I take it this is a custom instance, or can existing bitbucket accounts be used here? Can anyone sign up for an account to open pull requests? Is it also being used for issue reporting and tracking? What is the meaning of the project names here? Why is HDFFR hdf4 and HDFFV hdf5? Why are they not just called HDF4 and HDF5? Is "HDFFV/hdf5" is the canonical location of the hdf5 source? I would never have found this without your email, because I don't see any pointers to this on your website. Would it be possible to add some links? Products -> HDF5 leads nowhere - link to https://support.hdfgroup.org/HDF5/ has nothing - link to https://support.hdfgroup.org/HDF5/release/obtain5.html has nothing Community -> Community overview has nothing Community -> Software ecosystem has some links, but all to other stuff It would be nice to have some useful links here. If I come to the website looking for your source repositories, there's absolutely nothing that I can see that takes me there. - It would be useful to have on the download page alongside the source release link (git tag, repo link) - It would be useful to have as one of the community resources - It would maybe be useful in other places as well, e.g. issue tracking if you're using that Thanks for your consideration, Roger -- Dr Roger Leigh -- Open Microscopy Environment Wellcome Trust Centre for Gene Regulation and Expression, College of Life Sciences, University of Dundee, Dow Street, Dundee DD1 5EH Scotland UK Tel: (01382) 386364 The University of Dundee is a registered Scottish Charity, No: SC015096 _______________________________________________ Hdf-forum is for HDF software users discussion.
