Hello, Barbara, Thank you sooooo much for your reply, I am sorry to reply you late. I have installed by running “yum install hdf5 hdf5-devel”. Although I don’t know which version I have installed, and the program I need runs well. I just focus the program so I ignore the error I have meet. By the way, thank you for your concern.
