At this point, I think the only patches close to completion are HDFS-13204 and
HDFS-13224.
HDFS-13248 is the other one with a patch available but there is no rush for
this one as it will take me a few days to code.
The rest are still in discussion.
Anyway, we can do a freeze whenever we need.
