Ok attached new patch. I did the following:
(1) Removed {{Client.createCall(RPC.RpcKind rpcKind, Writable rpcRequest)}} in
favor for the 3 parameter call with {{AlignmentContext}}.
(2) Followed [~xkrogen]'s advice regarding {{TestStateAlignmentContextWithHA}}.
Applied an {{Executors.newFixedThreadPool()}} with pool size 2 to
{{testMultiClientStatesWithRandomFailovers}}. Removed un-necessary
{{cluster.waitActive()}} calls.
(3) Fixed whitespace and checkstyle.
