Changes LGTM, it does seem we need to fix some tests though. I have a few more
comments:
* NNProxyInfo constructor no longer needs to accept a {{Configuration}}
* Why is the change in CMakeLists.txt necessary? Is this related to the test
failures?
* Maybe add a TODO and/or throw an {{UnsupportedOperationException}} to the
no-op in {{RouterClientProtocol}} ?
