Erik, I used {{System.in}} in v008 patch, but it causes some weird, rare, and
hard to reproduce race condition. And we want to minimize changes for ease of
backporting. Therefore the mixing of techniques. Can you absolutely not live
with that?
We should not change {{DFSHAAdmin}}. It is a wrapper for HDFS cli commands not
a test class.
