Yep, as Suresh mentioned, we have broken the compatibility for rollbacks with
append modes.
Do we need to deliver a patch for older versions for handling rollbacks?
Clusters who wanted to do rollback may need to apply that and proceed for
rollBack (mainly for handling partial block folders (BBW)).
Todd, What is your Idea here for hanlding this?
