Which definition from Wikipedia article do you use? There are several of them.
Do you agree with my definition in orange above?
We should really agree on a definition first. Then it would be good to
demonstrate your point with some test case. Like a small snippet I provided.
I still don't understand how create in my patch is different from other
operations marked as idempotent.
