I'm including a new gnuhealth-setup, gnuhealth-control as standalone packages
and included in the 4.0.1 tarball (BTW, this time will be compressed :D ).
@Axel, should we force an specific version for pycountry to avoid the issue
you mention? Which is the latest known to work pycountry?
