Follow-up Comment #4, bug #62154 (project health):
The GH control center and gnuhealth-setup work by getting the latest version
of the library, unless specifically pinned.
So, in cases like beren / apiron / pycountry, we are now pinning them to a
specific version that makes it compatible with Python 3.6.
So, for pycountry, wi'll set it to 20.7.3 and we should be OK.
Please confirm
