Jackie I would catalog each bibliographic item by itself and use a LOCAL "Bound with:" note (not 501 but 590). The reason for the local field is that every library has different bound volumes of Bibliyoteka Ivrit. I believe that originally those booklets were printed as separate booklets and later they were bound or reprinted to form the volume you have in hand. I know - it is a lot of work ...
