Thanks for introducing yourself and your project to the whole community. As you may have noticed, our community is composed of a handful of active developers and a group of past or occasional contributors and also a big, mostly silent majority of supporters who wait for the day when HelenOS becomes practically usable (or something like that). Speaking for myself, I am writing this from a small town called Beroun, located near Prague, Czech Republic. As many others from the "core team", I studied the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University in Prague. As a by-product of our studies there, HelenOS was started a couple of years ago. > I will post frequent status reports and review requests to the mailing > list during the project. One-week frequency for reports sounds reasonable and is aligned with what we ask all of the GSoC students to do. Of course, we would like to encourage you to use the ML more actively if there is a need or a reason to. I hope you will enjoy coding for HelenOS as much as I do.
