Hi Jakub,

Just a reminder, the deadline for talk proposals is due in about a month
(Dec 15).

We, as a project, should definitely deliver some kind of a HelenOS
update. Something like Martin's wonderful HelenOS: State of the Union talks.

I definitively plan something, probably a "state of the union" kind of talk. However, I am still waiting for any conclusions whether we should prepare individual uncoordinated talks or rather have some common strategy.

My idea would be to have a longer talk about the history of HelenOS, major achievements of HelenOS, current hot topics and future directions. But this is too much for a single 45 minute talk, it should be divided into multiple parts, possibly presented by more people. On the other hand, although each part will be presented by one person, the content and slides should be created in collaboration. What do you think?

M.D.
