GSoC 2014 Reunion Lottery allows anybody who has participated in the
current or past GSoC (in any role -- mentor or student) to ask for
joining the Reunion, even if they are not chosen as the organization
official delegates.
Oops, I forgot to describe the logistics ...
If you enlist into the lottery and at the same time you get selected as
our official delegate, this is not a problem. You will be ignored in the
lottery and somebody else gets the chance to be drawn instead of you.
Therefore:
(a) If you are eligible, if you want to join the Reunion and if you are
willing to cover your expenses in the worst case, you can enlist into
the lottery immediately. Then send me an email with your expression of
interest and we will consider you as a potential delegate.
(b) If you are eligible, if you want to join the Reunion, but you don't
want to cover your expenses, just send me the your expression of
interest and we will consider you as a potential delegate.
