Okay, tried it with SMP support disabled - and everything works fine, USB
and rtl8169 :-)
So it's the EAPIC driver which is at fault.
Agniezka, you can just add my PCI VID:PID, it works great :-D
I will really need to look into the EAPIC problem one of these days...

Is there a bug report for the USB problem? can it be just a side
effect of broken interrupt routing on anything x64/SMP outside of
qemu?
