Different solvers use different definitions. Here are some examples of how
a definition of the relative gap can look like:

abs(bestpossible - bestfound) / abs(bestpossible)

abs(bestpossible - bestfound) / (abs(bestfound) + epsilon)


No matter what: 0% means optimal
