Did it start after a system reconfigure? Same as above.

Integration in IceCat is broken for me (integration in LibreWolf only
work reliably for a very short period of time for me, after some
semi-random bit twiddling).
I'm using keepassxc-browser-icecat together with firefox (from nonguix
channel). At somepoint in the past few months it stopped working.
I got it running again when I installed both (keepassxc-browser-icecat
and firefox) via "guix install" to my user profile. Before at least one
of those packages where coming from "guix system reconfigure" in the
config.scm
Maybe this work around does also work for Icecat...
