I've just seen a report that this problem is apparently caused by the unbundling of NSS in commit b63ab3556e5e8e1a83b99bcebf76551715083d20. https://codeberg.org/guix/guix/issues/546#issuecomment-5477925 I've pushed a patch to 'gnuzilla-updates' to revert commit b63ab3556, and will push it to master after ci.guix.gnu.org has rebuilt IceCat.
