Hi Ian,

Does it mean I have to register at Codeberg first
and later to open a pull request?

I was first opening a request at
https://issues.guix.gnu.org/
because that was written in the manual:

22.7.1 The Issue Tracker

Bug reports and patch submissions are currently tracked using the Debbugs instance at https://bugs.gnu.org. Bug reports are filed against the guix “package” (in Debbugs parlance), by sending email to [email protected], while patch submissions are filed against the guix-patches package by sending email to [email protected] (see Submitting Patches).

May be I mixed something up

thanks
Gottfried

Hi Gottfried,

We're using Codebrwg for contributions now, so you'll want to open a pull request there.

    Hi,

    I sent a patch in
in the Guix issue tracker: https://issues.guix.gnu.org/
    <https://issues.guix.gnu.org/>
(I hope that is the right place for it)

because I could not find anything.
It was difficult for me to look through them.
It always asks about new search queries....?

        Hey gfp,

Hard to say if there are plans or not. I'd look at open PRs /
patches, if you don't find anything, send one in!

            Hi Guix,

I am asking if there are any plans to pack a bible software
programme for Guix or somebody is going to deal with it?

            There are:

E-Sword (which I was using in Windows)
Xiphos (which I was using in Linux)
            TheWord
            BibleWorks
            Logos Bibelsoftware
            and so on.

            I wrote this mail
            to let you know
that at least I am interested in it.
May be somebody else as well.

            thanks
            Gottfried
