Bourbon-Cheddar Ball
4 cups( 1 lb.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2-4 TBS bourbon
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash of red pepper
1/2 cup ground pecans
paprika
parsley sprigs
Combine cheese and mayonnaise; blend
until smooth.
Add bourbon, lemon juice, and red pepper;
beat well.
Stir in pecans.
Chill one hour.
Shape cheese mixture into a ball; roll
in paprika to taste.
Garnish with parsley.
Chlll.
