Garlic Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin

3 pounds pork tenderloin
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary

Cut pork tenderloin in half horizontally, leaving one side attached. Rub with 
olive oil.
Place garlic in the slit and fatty part of pork. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 
Press thyme and rosemary lightly into pork.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium high heat and lightly oil grate.
Cook pork approximately 1 hour on the prepared grill, turning every 15 minutes, 
until interior of meat is no longer pink.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
