Thanks for addressing this concern. You guys have been pretty open about everything, so its good to see it's high up on your list (I'd definitely echo Jay's opinion that it should be at the top).
As far as some of us are concerned, it was the only thing stopping Heroku from being the #1 solution out there. The other thing is that hopefully your privacy policy will apply retroactively because there are 10,000 early-adopters out there... Thanks!
