Yep, yir Bündler Version on your machine is 1.0.6.
Downgrade it.
gem uninstall bundler --version 1.0.6
gem uninstall bundler --version 1.0.5
gem uninstall bundler --version 1.0.4

The run bundle update and everything would be nice.
