When I use PDFKit and wkhtmltopdf on the Cedar stack I get "Error: Unable to create temporery file". I've tried the wkhtmltopdf-binary gem as well as by manually putting a precompiled version in my bin folder (both wkhtmltoimage-0.10.0_rc2-static-amd64 and wkhtmltopdf-0.9.9-static-amd64), but always with the same result :(
