OK, Vinay, here goes. I though you knew I had a Thermax HY. NOT Thermax HD, just plan ol' Thermax. As usual, I set it up in the Alternative Energy Zone theme village (AEZ), and gave a presentation on the HY (and swamp cooler, and misting system, etc, etc) every day on the daily AEZ tour. It's holding up very well, but taking the tape off after several hours of exposure to the sun is kinda destructive to the foil (in several possible ways), but I've figured that out too. Bring a heat gun; it does a beautiful job. The foil does nothing at all to the tape. I did ruin a skilsaw blade cutting all the boards, though. I achieved playa nirvana: dust free and cool inside.
