Whoa, Vinay! My HY is not HD, just plain Thermax. I wish I could find HD. It was trouble enough finding non-HD Thermax.
btw, wear and tear is not a very big issue. Whether you use Thermax, Tuff-R, or R-max, the foil on the outsides can easily be repaired with Aluminum tape. Even though a roll of the high temperature tape costs as much as half a Thermax panel, it is still really cheap to maintain. The biggest maintenance problem comes from cutting the tape to separate the panels. It is impossible to NOT occasionally cut into the panel edges. I've been thinking about embedding piano wire down the middle of key stretches of tape, but haven't tried it yet. As I said, for the moment a heat gun seems to work best.
