I snapped chalk lines and cut the panels with a skil saw (perpendicular cuts). The best way to get a 15 or 30 degree angle on the edge is with a table saw; it also makes your lines straighter. Oh, and afterwards your saw blade will be toast.

I've pondered how to build a jig for just the right angle of cut, but maybe you're right: Thermax could be easy enough to cut that a suitably-angled jig saw would work fine. I guess I'll just clamp a piece of angle-iron to it as a guide.Thanks for the feedback,Steve--
