Kaedah ini selaras dengan falsafah Islam dan sangat praktikal untuk guru dalam mendidik anak-anak untuk menjadi Muslim yang cemerlang. Kaedah Khalifah ini mudah dan sangat berkesan untuk jangka masa panjang. Hanya amalkan 3 langkah mudah ini secara konsisten dan kita akan dapati kesan positif dalam diri pelajar, inshaAllah: 1. Setiap hari, ingatkan pelajar dan diri kita sendiri tentang peranan kita sebagai Khalifah Allah. 2. Beri ganjaran yang sesuai bagi setiap perbuatan baik yang pelajar telah lakukan atau perbuatan tidak baik yang mereka tinggalkan. 3. Tetapkan peraturan dan laksanakan dengan tegas tetapi berhikmah. OBJEKTIF PROGRAM · Untuk memperkenalkan Konsep Khalifah kepada para guru sebagai sumber motivasi yang berkesan untuk pelajar. · Untuk berkongsi dengan guru-guru, Kaedah Khalifah yang sangat berkesan untuk mendidik generasi muda untuk menjadi insan yang soleh dan cemerlang dalam aspek akademik dan akhlaq. · Untuk membantu guru-guru mencapai matlamat yang mereka telah sasarkan bagi para pelajar dengan menggunakan Kaedah Khalifah. Maybank 562674202306 Pendaftaran dibuat sebelum 27 May 2009 KHALIFAH INSTITUTE provides a Khalifah Teacher Training to teachers (school or kindergarten) who desire to adopt the Khalifah Method in their teaching, first hand experience in the application of the Khalifah methodology. The Khalifah Model School is a demonstration project to showcase the full extent of the positive spiritual and academic growth children can make under an educational system completely based on the Khalifah Method. It includes the traditional knowledge and practices of Islamic educational methods combined with very powerful techniques of Modern Islamic Psychology using the Laws of Learning by which all human characteristics develop. The Khalifah Method relies heavily on the style of interaction with and training of children according to the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w). The positive benefits of this warm & loving, although firm, method of relating to children will be maximized by directing all communication with children according to the Laws of Learning, given to us as a Mercy by Allah to enable us to guide ourselves and others toward all that Allah has told us is right in the Islamic way of life.
