We are using the ultraView DAB from Ventana and the same HSA from Cell Marque. Here is the protocol we are using. Depar as usual; CC1 Standard; HSA incubation at 37C for 32 min; Counterstain Heme 4 min; Post Counterstain Bluing for 4 min. we have found it to be a reliable stain and very clean and crisp.
