I use Harleco Krystalon liquid coverslip medium. Cover the tissue, laying horizontally in oven for a few hours until it hardens, than soak in water bath, peel, and transfer to charged slide with same side facing down, dry in oven again, dissolve in xylene when ready for staining.

We would like to transfer these sections to charged slides before proceeding with testing. Any suggestions? Thanks!
