Hi,
 I am currently cutting 3 mm thigh punches on a freezing, sliding microtome 
using a wedge blade. This tissue is the only one that gives us bad sections. We 
currently use a mixture of dry ice and 30% Sucrose. If anyone has any tips or 
tricks on this subject it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.Chris
