Hi All, I am relatively new to plastic embedding media. I need to permanently mount acrylosin calcein labeled undecaled bone sections under coverslip. Would be possible for someone tell me that do I need to de-plastic first in xylene? What mounting media should I use to protect fluorescent green color fading?
