I just received an update from Sakura and the issue seems to primarily be a 
carry-over issue.

I had issues with the warranty on one of my processors because of sponges.  
It would be interesting to hear from Milestone and other vendors about this 
issue. 
I discontinued the use of sponges decades ago~
