Hello all, Our lab uses Kerasoft to soften our nails and nail bed tumors. We recently had a case where every IHC stain was negative (including internal positive) with the exception of cytokeratin AE1/3. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have a better solution to soften nails when IHC staining might be needed?
